Askom – MoA from Monkey of Anarkey dropped by to talk to BugzKG about the exciting stuff they have been working on and to take some questions from the community. To celebrate the AMA, five members from our community who took part in the question-and-answer segment at the end were selected to win 50 CRO each, for a total of 250 CRO.

BugzKG: Welcome, it’s a pleasure to have you here with us! To start, can you introduce yourself and tell us about the team behind Monkey of Anarkey?
Askom – MoA: Hey BugzKG. The pleasure is all mine! Thanks a lot for the invitation, it’s great to be with you.
Of course yes, so i’m Askom from the Monkey of Anarkey and we are 5 in the team.
Firstly, because we are gentlemen, there is Lauren. She’s the only girl on our team and she is the one who is writing the Monkey of Anarkey adventures.
Then there is KB, our designer. I’m not going to be objective but for me he’s the best in his field. I think his designs are just amazing, thanks to him for his commitment!
Then there is Smer, our developer. We owe our website to him! And finally, there are Monky and I who develop the community and do the marketing 🙂
BugzKG: Wow! Such a well rounded team! It’s always good to a have strong foundation to backup any project. 😊
So what made you decide to start an NFT project?
Askom – MoA: I am very proud of this team indeed!
Well, my group of friends and I have been passionate about crypto-currencies for a few years now. For us it already represents the present and the future with so many possibilities. NFTs came along and we saw the birth of some very nice projects (Cronos Monkey/Primate Business, Marie’s Cyborgs, Crosmonauts…). And we thought, why not us? Especially as we each have skills in different areas 😊
BugzKG: Crypto definitely is part of the future and NFTs are taking over. If you have the skills, why not jump in? I love to see passionate people in crypto.
Why did you decide to launch on Cronos? Why not some other blockchain?
Askom – MoA: Very good question!
Simply because we looooove the values of Cronos and especially its community. There are many investments that are made to develop the chain and in our opinion, it’s only the beginning of the Cronos era.
Also, transactions are fast and fees are low (everything an investor may be looking for 😜). We therefore want to contribute to its development by launching our collection here 💪and there is still a lot to develop!
BugzKG: Cronos definitely brings alot to the crypto space. With Crypto.com support and #CRO being in the forefront, the future is definitely bright. All the investments and technology really solidify my stance on Cronos.
Switching gears, how did the idea for Monkey of Anarkey come about?
Askom – MoA: Totally agree with you regarding Cronos!
Well, you should know that we like to get together at least once a week with my group of friends to watch a TV series. And guess what ? Some of them had never watched the Sons of Anarchy series 😱 !
Yes it’s a shame I agree with you…so we started watching the series and it inspired us to create our own collection. It didn’t happen overnight but now we are here 🤟
BugzKG: That’s awesome to hear! Sons of Anarchy…now Monkey of Anarkey…I love it! Great ideas always happen randomly.
Askom – MoA: Haha thank you BugzKG 😉
BugzKG: You’re welcome! Getting more detailed focused now, you’re project is unique in that it tells a story. Can you walk us through that and why it’s so important to your project.
Askom – MoA: Yes it is true that it was important for us from the beginning to do something more than “just” a NFT collection. We wanted to bring people into our world, into this universe of anarchy, and the best way to do that was to write a story in a kind of novel form. Our first followers were hooked from the start and we got hooked so we kept writing new chapters.
We are satisfied with this because it brought consistency to the project 💪
BugzKG: I personally love storytelling and really liked how that story brought your NFTs alive. They were more than just an NFT. 😊
You update your Twitter with new chapters every week right?
Askom – MoA: Lauren who is following this AMA tonight will really appreciate it. Thank you for her!
We post a part of the story every day on our Twitter and then at the end of a chapter we add it on our Medium. And the story will go on for a while!

Askom – Moa: Hahaha yes please! 😂
BugzKG: Moving along, I noticed four different kinds of Monkeys on your site. Can you please tell us more about each one and how each one is unique.
Askom – Moa: Sure! So indeed our collection is divided into 4 categories of monkeys, each with different perks.
First, there are those who are symply MoA sympathizers but who are not part of the club (they do not wear a jacket with a badge). The others, those who wear proudly their badges on their jacket, belong to the very exclusive MoA club. They have different ranks within the club (Prospect being the least rare and Vice President being the most rare in this category)
Then there are the Sicario monkeys, the most redoubtable of the MoA family! They are masked and armed so that we cannot recognize them.
Finally, there are the President and Treasurer monkeys. Presidents and Treasurers also wear a badge on their leather jacket.
They just don’t have the same perks than others 😉
BugzKG: Thanks for sharing. Love the different categories. What kinds of perks do each have?
Askom – MoA: Good question! The best way to answer it is to look at our roadmap.
BugzKG: Perfect! Please share!
Askom – MoA: Let’s go! You may have seen that our roadmap is divided into 4 categories. A category corresponds to a number of NFTs sold and we will realize the content of the roadmap at each interval
At 500 NFTs sold, we will create a Discord channel for President and Treasurer monkeys that will allow them to chat with each other & gain access to exclusive giveaways and information
Then, at 1000 NFTs sold, it will be the beginning of big giveaways for holders.
Also, a total of 60 NFTs of our collection will be aidropped via a random draw (3 NFTs airdropped for every 100 NFTs sold) until sold out.
At 1500 NFTs sold, holding at least 1 MoA NFT will give exclusive access and informations for a special upcoming NFT series.
We want our community to participate in the development of it, so holding at least 3 MoA NTF or 1 Sicario NFT will give the right to vote for traits, base design and supply of this special serie. These same people will receive for free a NFT of this series.
Finally, for the sold out, we will donate 3% of the total turnover from the first sale to President and Treasurer monkeys, divided between them (70% for Presidents and 30% for Treasurers).
There will be also a DAO of the presidents and treasurers to decide how the royalties of Ebisu’s Bay will be used (buyback & burn of the floor price on Ebisu’s Bay for example).
We also want to allow our holders to have access to NFT staking.
BugzKG: Wow! What a detailed roadmap! I like as more NFT sell, the timeline follows. The community is great to see as well. I know many people want to feel part of projects they invest in. This roadmap allows for that
With NFTs, investors are always looking for utility. What are your future plans beyond the initial NFT sale? You mentioned staking. Can you tell us about that?
Askom – MoA: Thank you very much for your feedback!
So we want to allow our holders to do NFT staking! It is important that our NFTs have other uses than collecting and reselling.
We have made inquiries about the different possibilities. We really enjoyed our discussions with the Crodex team, they are very professional. If our holders are favorable to this decision we will realize our staking there
Then, because we are bikers, we would like to launch motorbike races with betting systems. It is the ultimate goal of our project. And it is also our biggest challenge! We know that it will be long and hard to develop it but Smer is already working on it.
We will also surround ourselves with competent people who could help us. Launching our NFT collection is only the first step in this long journey. We are here for the long term 💪

BugzKG: Wonderful! Staking is definitely appealing. Crodex has a great team behind them, but I’m glad you are open to your community. That’s important.
Motorbike races with betting systems? What a unique goal! I really like your ambition.
Askom – MoA: It is indeed the community that will have the final say on this matter.

BugzKG: Let’s move onto the NFTs. Where can people buy a MoA NFT and why is there only 1999 to be minted? Any particular reason?
Askom – MoA: So people will be able to buy our NFTs from April 17th (8pm UTC) on EbisusBay
And there will be only 1999 MoA NFTs because we didn’t want to make a big collection. We want our NFTs to be rare and to become more and more rare with burn mechanisms.
1999 is also the date of birth of Harambe that inspired our story (gorilla who was killed in a zoo because a child fell in his enclosure). It’s a wink and a way for us to pay tribute to him 😉 2 days left ! 💪
BugzKG: Ah! Back to the story! I love that. Also limiting the NFTs minted is smart. I see projects with tons of NFTs and then the rarity kind of dies off? It just doesn’t feel as exclusive.
Last question. Anything exciting coming down the pipeline? You told us about your roadmap and major goal, but what else? What can people expect from the MoA team?
Askom – MoA: Indeed I think that people are interested in rarity, not in a collection with an important supply.
Well people are going to be surprised by some NFTs! We’ve posted some of them on our networks but the collection has a lot of unexpected things in store 😂
Our holders will also be actors of the development of our project. We want to put them at the center of it. Like in a motorcycle club, we all move forward, together as a family.
They will have responsibilities and decisions to make regarding the development of the special series of NFTs. They will also have to make choices regarding the Ebisus Bay Royalties… All these decisions will have an impact on the future of our project!
What is sure is that we will continue to work hard with the team to propose innovative concepts and that the MoA will be respected by all on the Cronos sphere.

Sean: How many nfts in your project? Have any native token in your project??? Or just project totally work as NFTs???🔥
Askom – MoA: Thank you Sean for your question! So there will be a total of 1999 MoA NFTs.
For now we prefer to stay focused on launching our NFTs collection but we are indeed thinking about launching our native Token later. We will do it only if it brings added value to our project.

Mapigoo6: Why did you choose Ebisu’s bay to mint your NFT collection? 🔥
Askom – MoA: For us, and without disrespect to all other marketplaces, they are the best in this field. They are reactive and we feel that they follow their community. We have asked our community about what they want and 80% of them want the mint to be done at Ebisu’s Bay marketplace.

Whay Lee: 🔥Do you have a Token Burning plan to increase Token value and attract Investors to invest?
Askom – MoA: Firstly, we believe that the price of our NFTs will increase over time. Indeed, Presidents and Treasurers will decide how to use Ebisu’s Bay royalties. If they decide to use it to buyback and burn the floor price on Ebisu’s Bay, prices will rise and everyone will win.
Also, because the NFTs purchased on the secondary market will be burned, there will be less and less MoA NFTs available over time. This will also increase prices.
Regarding investors, we think that the President and Treasurers perks are very interesting. As a reminder, they will share 3% of the total turnover of the first sale (70% for Presidents/30% for Treasurers). They also will be able to stake your NFT and be rewarded for it.

roseanne_graham_74: Did you consider community feedback/requests during the creation of your product in order to expand on fresh ideas for your project? Many projects fail because the target audience and clients are not understood. So I’d like to know who your ideal consumer is for your product? 🐒🔥
Askom – MoA: It is indeed very interesting for us to have the opinion of the people who follow us in this beautiful adventure. Without them the project does not exist and it is therefore very important to listen to them. We were talking earlier about NFT staking, it is our holders who will have the last word concerning the place where we will realize this staking.
It is also our presidents and treasurers who will choose the direction of our project in relation to the Royalties Ebisus Bay. It is also our community that voted to build the mint on Ebisus Bay. Finally our holders will take part in the development of our special series mentioned above
