The blockchain community of Nigeria had recently voiced their discontentment against the rejection of a blockchain start-up’s registration application. The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria had rejected the application submitted by FlintAPI Ltd.
CryptoAssetBuyer.com reports FlintAPI Ltd. is now duly registered with the CAC. The onus was on the CAC to act on the matter but the blame, CAC explains, is courtesy of a staff member, who couldn’t properly categorize the query.
CAC’s Registrar-General Alhaji Garba Abubakar reportedly intervened via directing Muhammad Abdullahi (Techncial Assistant to Registrar-General, CAC). Muhammad Abdullahi then approached Convexity Founder & COO, Mr. Adedeji Owonibi, via LinkedIn, requesting FlintAPI’s availability code.
Some hours later, Muhammad Abdullahi communicated the following via LinkedIN to Mr. Adedeji Owonibi while assisting the start-up registration:
Adedeji Owonibi Your application has been registered with RC 1852282. Thanks for reaching out. However, this type of matter should be escalated through the channels provided by the Commission.
Mr. Owonibi then duly mentioned that the officially available channels were used but to no avail. Mr. Owonibi thanked the CAC for an immediate redressal.
FlintAPI is a multichain blockchain API catering to game developers and the marketplace. It allows minting and rewarding its users with NFT and in-game assets.
